このゲームの目的
このしりとりは単なるゲーム以上のものであり、主な目的は英語を習っている人達にとっての英語という言葉の使い方のルールを習得する手段となるものです。すべてのしりとり文は１つ１つ評価され、必要なら添削されて参加者の所へ E - メールで送られます。

このソフト
もし送ろうとするしりとり文の最初もしくは２番目の語が正しく「しりをとっていない」時にはこのソフトがそのように警告します。

命名
「しりとり」は同名の日本の言葉遊びからその名をとっています。前の人の言った言葉の最後のシラブル（音）で始まる１語を言う日本のそれとは異なり、この英しりとりは最後の１語で始まる文を言わなければなりません。

ゲームに参加するには
このインターネットゲームに参加するには、現在有効な E - メールアドレスと ID ナンバーを提示することが必要です。

THE RULES
1 Write one correct, meaningful English sentence.
2 Either the first or second words of your sentence must include the letters of the last word of the previous sentence.

EXAMPLES
If the last word is fly.

These Are OK
Fly me to the moon.
The fly flew into John's soup.
This butterfly is very rare.

But These Are Not OK
Flies, Flew or Fliers.

THE PURPOSE
Shirtori is more than an addictive game for some. It is a grammar practice tool for students of English.
Each sentence is commented or corrected in an email to the student.

THIS SOFTWARE
If your first or second words do not contain the right word this software will tell you.

THE NAME
Shiritori is based on the popular Japanese word game of this name.
In it players must say any one word beginning with the last syllable of the word provided by the previous player.

WHO CAN PLAY
To play this internet Shiritori game you must supply your e-mail address and a valid ID number.

ID NUMBERS
If you would like to play but don't have an ID number please apply by e-mail here.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES
E-mail addresses are required for identification and in order to send advice and corrections to you.
You may give two e-mail addresses (ie one for your computer and one for your i-mode phone).
